Return By Mail (Canada and U.S.)

med15canada.com provide free returns anywhere in the contiguous U.S. and Canada

 

YOUR RETURN:

 

After you purchased online you will receive an email with a pre-paid return label that can be used to ship your item(s) back to med15canada.com you will be instructed to pack the item(s) in a box, affix the pre-paid return label and drop your package off at any of our Courier Location.

Should you decided to use your own shipping method at your expense, please send package(s) to:

We make every attempt to satisfied you. For products that is not satisfactory to your expectation please return it to us in its original conditions unused and unworn within 30 days of delivery. You can either use our online return service to return your items or ship with a carrier of your choice.

Please ensure the Item(s) is returned unworn, Please take are when trying on the product(s). All returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns centre. Products that cannot be restocked will be returned to you.

 

Refunds:

 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment in the currencies in Country of purchased within 10 business days (2 weeks) of receipt of your packaged return according to med15canada.com policies stated above. These return policies and procedures apply only to customers who purchased their products from www.med15canada.com

If you would like to purchase a different item right away, select our Instant Refund option and receive your refund as store credit. Just like a gift card, you can use your Instant Refund to make a new purchase. Once we receive your order, we’ll refund any remaining balance to your original form of payment.

med15canada.com offers Next Business Day Shipping in Canada from our facilities if the products are in Stocks In addition, med15canada.com offers UPS and DHL 2nd Business Day in Canada Ontario We also offer UPS and DHL 2nd Business Day shipping to most Provinces and States in U.S. med15canada.com is not responsible for delays caused by UPS and DHL.

 

Please note that orders placed after 1 pm EST (10am PST) will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email us are contact Customers Service and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by Border free in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please note: shipping fees are not refunded for preference return.

Items not eligible to be returned if sold by med15canada.com : Panties, Stocking, Socks, body stocking,  price reduced or Clearance Items, on sale.​

Even though we provide you with all the tools for helping to choose the right size, it could happen that the item will not fit. Contact us for an exchange. After our acceptance, you will return the item(s). The item(s) to be returned should be unwashed , with no odors such as smoke and perfume...and just tried on, unworn, complete with tag. When trying on the item(s) use a liner. The shipping cost are at your expense

The item(s) has to be returned within 7 days after delivery and in its packaging of origin with the  tags. After receiving the item, we will issue a coupon credit or ship a different size if available, only the shipping cost will be charged to you.
